JS Balustrading will guide you through the entire process from our initial consultation to installation.

1. Get In Touch.

Send over pictures of the proposed location and examples of design intent or any architectural drawings you may have. You can also book an appointment time to drop into our office and have a face to face meeting.

2. Job Is Costed.

JS Balustrading will review your email and then follow up with any questions and provide costs.

If your project requires a little more design info prior to costing, an in-house meeting will then be arranged where we can discuss all aspects of the design intent and guide you through our process.

3. Job Accepted / Design Confirmed.

Once a quote has been accepted, and deposit has been received, our team will attend the site to complete a site survey and take detailed measurements. These measurements will be entered into our CAD systems. Your design model, detailed drawing plans and 3D renders will be forwarded to you for review, so that any changes can be made to the design prior to manufacture.

4. Fabrication / Ordering of Materials.

Once the drawings / design have been approved, we will order all materials needed and fabricate your parts from our detailed drawings.

5. Installation.

Once your parts have been fabricated and are ready for installation, we will book in a suitable time to install your job on-site. Our experienced tradesman have been working on high value projects for the last 15 years, and are able to install no matter what the project requires.
